Biology:
Sexual Dimorphism: Men and women appear as they do in our world. However, the major difference is that women are capable of inflation while men are not.

Inflating Bodies: The way inflation works is not yet understood by science, and is sort of an innate thing about the female body. Beginning approximately by the age of 17 or 18 women gain the ability to inflate by taking foreign substances into their body. This inflation ability can be improved with practice, and the largest known sizes have rivalled buildings or mountains. However, should the stress limit be reached and surpassed, the woman will naturally pop, which is a fatal result.

Inflation Entrance: In recent years, inflation through the vagina or ass has become very common. But inflation through the mouth, nipples, and bellybutton are all very viable. In fact- provided there is a seal, a needle could be inserted into almost any body part and inflation caused that way. Though inflation through the erogenous zones feels best.

Controlled Inflation: Certain parts of the body can be inflated alone if the proper set up is used. Inflation through the butt inflates the buttocks first and if a corset is worn and the thighs tightly wrapped only the butt will inflate. Inflation through the nipples can receive a similar effect with the breasts.

Internal Body: During the inflation process, for reasons also not understood, the organs and skeletal system slowly disappear until they seem to have completely disappeared from the woman’s body. A woman inflated to her limit can reach a transparency despite this being logically impossible. During deflation, these organs and bones just reappear.

Reproduction: Humans reproduce a peculiar way. Fertility is extremely low and pregnancies are rare even for individuals that have sex extremely frequently and without protection. However, once a woman does get pregnant she has an extreme number of them. Pregnancy inevitably ends with the woman’s bursting and often produces dozens minimal to hundreds of children. Over the course of approximately two years the woman blows up to her maximum size and explodes. This occurs even in women who professionally inflate and can reach sizes larger than buildings. Due to the two year gestation period, children are born capable of crawling, eating solid foods, and quickly learn to walk. Blueberry Allergy: Blueberries and a handful of related fruits have an interesting relation with the female biological system. The larger and tighter they are the more intense the sexual feelings. Even at the popping, stretching, or other straining points are more akin to an intense stretch than overt pain. An aching feeling is the worst that comes with inflation, and that’s alongside the pleasurable feelings.

Conclusion: All in all, inflation is an accepted reality of human nature, though its evolutionary origins, its purpose, causes, anomalies, and the rest are complete scientific mysteries. Theories abound, but no study has proven any concrete theory yet.

Overview: Women’s innate ability to inflate and the likelihood of popping has greatly shaped all human societies. For the most part, women are both more important and less important to society than men. Being in greater number means more women take on most of society’s roles, nearly all aspects of society is run by women. However, how common popping is has also led to there being little fuss being made over a woman’s bursting. So, the constantly shifting high women population has led to vastly different societies from our own.

Family: By default, the normal family unit is unusual. A woman inflates with children until she explodes giving birth to them. Due to the rarity of pregnancies and the amount of children born this means that the children are raised by the entire community rather than the father or a single couple. This is aided by the longer gestation period so the children are more capable of not being dependent on breast milk to eat. The common bursting of adult women means that most children will go through multiple mothers until their maturity. This is not seen as unusual and being life, children are used to being raised by a community rather than a single person.

Sexuality: Given the extreme difference in men to women ratios, many women practice homosexual acts or masturbation to satisfy themselves. Given that inflation is innately sexual, this leads to many women inflating themselves in their spare time to satisfy themselves sexually. Sexual Freedom: Due to the number of women compared to men, men are encouraged and free to have as many sexual partners as they want. Marriage: Marriage is an interesting custom that not all societies agree with. Due to the difference in length of lifespans and the likelihood the woman will pop it isn’t the same as in our world. Most marriages are more akin to agreed breeding partners. Where the couple try actively to induce pregnancy and live together to ensure this is likely to happen. There are some societies or religions however, that do practice “lifelong” marriage. This often results in the man and woman rarely having sex or only protected sex and the woman doing her best to avoid inflation as a past time. Many people see these relations as needlessly boring, traditional, or unorthodox.

Politics: Given that men have longer lifespans; men have traditionally held political power in a number of societies. Able to maintain relations and a solid plan for decades longer than the average woman who rarely reaches the age of 30 before bursting. However, in recent years democratic elections and shorter terms of political rule has introduced more women into the leadership positions and so politics is more governed by a societies ideals rather than the individuals currently in power.

Spirituality: Many religions exist across the world. Each with their own opinions on what inflation means, women’s roles, and how to live their lives. Some religions preach that inflation is a sin and that the only time a woman expands is during pregnancy. Others state that there is no shame in inflation and that popping leads to a good afterlife. Some claim that women inflating is a punishment by the gods. Many religions hold that God is female, if only reflecting the sheer amount of women in most societies. All in all, most spiritualties strive to teach people to accept passing even more so than in our world- with the frequency of bursting it has to be.

Education and Work: Due to the population being almost exclusively women, and the average life span before bursting to be 30, education works differently. Basic education is received until about the age of 10 upon which girls are encouraged to choose a life path, in which all of their studies now revolve around. These paths could be anything, from teaching to cooking to construction to biology. Education is so intense, that by the time the individual is 16 or 18 they are considered a professional.

Popping: Popping is not a big deal. Death by any other means than popping is considered to be extremely unusual and a huge deal. But a woman popping is rarely followed up by an investigation unless the individual was of particular importance or a relative insists on catching and punishing the perpetrator. The punishment for popping someone is ironically inflation to popping. The line between legal popping and illegal popping is thin. This is not aided by the fact many societies consider popping to be a normal or even honourable way to pass on. Many societies even practice the “pop of honour.” In which a woman willingly pops herself publicly after a certain stage of her life, someone she cares about, or just a holiday. An example is New Year’s celebration. Where up to dozens of women are inflated and popped at the countdown.

Competitions: An accompanying event of the Olympics are the inflation competitions. Where women push their bodies to the limit in their inflation ways. Through either size, maneuverability, or being used as weights in other events. As well, popping competitions are common worldwide both official and casual. Where inflators face off until only one of them are let in one piece.
