Stories where all characters engaged in sexual activities, including any kind of inflation, are non-binary. Other characters may be present, but their engagement in sexual stuff is little to none.
For the tagging purposes characters are considered non-binary not only when explicitly specified as such, but also when they don't unambiguously qualify as either male or female.
